Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical debt while ensuring system security and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python/Django).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
