Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Optimize system performance through container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Lead security compliance initiatives (SOC2, HIPAA) in cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices and automation strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to align infrastructure with business goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience (degree not required)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) with 3+ years production experience
- Advanced scripting skills (Python/Bash) and IaC tools
- Proven track record with CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Strong troubleshooting skills for distributed systems
- Industry certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred but not mandatory
