Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical decision-making to ensure code quality and scalability.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and cloud infrastructure to ensure low latency and high availability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement best practices for data protection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with React or Node.js for frontend integration.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of designing scalable microservices architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
