Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Performance: Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and SEO to enhance user experience.
- API Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrating third-party services and databases.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and reduce bugs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python, and understanding of server-side rendering.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
