Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React and Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React or Vue.js, including state management (Redux, Vuex).
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js or similar runtime environments.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
