Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize front-end and back-end components to ensure maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment and testing process.
- Debug complex issues and provide innovative technical resolutions to architectural challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
