Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and performance.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
