Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement full-stack web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze code and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js is required.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
