Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and team growth.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across all platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and propose strategies for long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
