Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and propose strategic solutions for long-term scalability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and state management.
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python/Django).
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid team environment.
