Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical implementation for complex projects.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experience.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in at least one major backend framework (e.g., Express, Django, .NET) and one major frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
