Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews and ensure best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and backend) to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Detroit or work in a fully remote capacity.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
