Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, .NET).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security compliance, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in front-end libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or C#.
- Proven ability to work within a distributed team and obtain necessary work authorization (Visa Sponsorship required).
