Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and solve complex technical challenges.
- System Optimization: Monitor application performance and optimize database queries to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Testing & QA: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Flexibility: Proven ability to manage time effectively in a flexible hour schedule environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
