Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into high-quality, testable code.
- Perform thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making processes to guide project direction.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Full Stack technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Proven ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
