Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness across all devices.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure best practices for security and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in React.js or Angular for front-end development.
- Experience with Node.js, Express, or Python for back-end development.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
