Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability while ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to facilitate future maintenance and onboarding.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular for front-end development.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Strong database skills with SQL and experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to debug complex issues.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
