Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly code.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Tech Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Agile Execution: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) to deliver features on time and adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript ecosystems.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong command of Node.js, Express, or Python, along with experience in RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and version control (Git).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
