Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for security and scalability.
- Participate in architectural decision-making and technical mentoring for junior engineers.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first hybrid environment.
