Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in technical architecture discussions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (Prisma, TypeORM).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
