Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical solutions
- Implement responsive UI/UX designs with a focus on user experience and accessibility
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive unit testing and documentation
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster team excellence
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu of degree)
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Node.js)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker)
- Proficiency in database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
