Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of microservices using Node.js, React, and AWS
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Optimize application performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to DevOps practices including infrastructure-as-code and monitoring
- Drive technical innovation through regular hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Node.js)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
