Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance and user experience.
- Testing & QA: Ensure rigorous testing protocols are in place to maintain high software quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or similar server-side technologies.
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
