Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-quality, scalable frontend solutions using React, TypeScript, and modern web standards.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user journey across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Sprints, Standups, Planning) and drive technical decisions within the product team.
- Debug complex issues and implement performance tuning strategies to improve load times and interactivity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and React.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
