Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead our digital transformation initiatives in Seattle. In this role, you will be the architect behind our user-centric web applications, ensuring seamless performance and cutting-edge aesthetics. What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Optimize application performance to ensure lightning-fast load times across all devices.
- Drive technical decisions and mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Implement best practices for accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and SEO to maximize market reach.
Responsibilities
- Develop reusable, high-performance front-end components and libraries.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.
- Contribute to the evolution of our internal design system and component library.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS (Tailwind, SCSS).
- Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Context API) and asynchronous data handling.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
