Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless interactions across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure accessibility compliance and cross-browser compatibility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Strong proficiency with component-based architecture and state management (Redux, MobX, etc.).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to pixel-perfect detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
