Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React and modern CSS frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers and backend engineers to define product requirements.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring optimal performance across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure data security and compliance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, preferably in a direct hire capacity.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, or similar state management libraries.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and version control systems (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
