Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends, identify risks, and support budget planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models for new market opportunities
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Lead month-end closing activities and ensure SOX compliance
- Drive process improvements using automation tools (Power BI, SQL)
- Mentor junior analysts to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation a plus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven track record in fintech or financial services sector
