Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain complex industrial equipment including CNC machines and robotic systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment performance
- Train junior technicians on safe equipment operation and maintenance protocols
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment upgrades and part replacements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or similar role
- Technical certification in HVAC, pneumatics, or electromechanical systems
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and precision measurement tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
