Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge energy systems for industrial and commercial clients
- Lead feasibility studies and technical assessments for large-scale energy projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project compliance with EPA and OSHA standards
- Develop innovative solutions to optimize energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and project presentations for stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay current with emerging technologies in renewable energy integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in energy systems design and implementation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven expertise in energy modeling software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus)
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Experience with DOE and industrial energy efficiency programs
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
