Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap aligned with the company's mission to dominate the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead Emerging Technology Foresight: Conduct rigorous research and analysis on emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, GenAI) to identify high-value opportunities for the 2026 roadmap.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- Roadmap Execution Oversight: Monitor progress against the 2026 milestones, identifying risks early and pivoting strategies to ensure on-time delivery of key product milestones.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies and market shifts to ensure Nexus Horizon Labs maintains a competitive edge through 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree (MBA or MS) is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product strategy, technology consulting, or R&D leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex, long-term roadmaps.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable business strategies and technical requirements.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technology stacks relevant to the 2026 era (e.g., Edge Computing, Advanced AI architectures).
