Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions
- Manage container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless architectures
- Implement robust monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards (NIST, FedRAMP)
- Lead infrastructure modernization projects and cost optimization
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct security-focused code reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud environments
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one (required)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks for government contracts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
