As a Trainee, you will rotate through various departments to gain a holistic understanding of our software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of web-based applications using modern programming languages.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and quality assurance standards are met.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing software issues under the guidance of senior developers.
- Conduct research and testing to implement new features and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers.
- Maintain technical documentation for all developed modules and processes.
Qualifications
- Currently holding a valid J1 Visa for Trainee status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory for communication.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (J1 visa holders only).
