Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and Kubernetes clusters
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Implement monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Lead incident response and system optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and establish best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles
- Expertise in AWS services and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Must be available for immediate relocation to Chicago, IL
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
