Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS (or Azure/GCP).
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems through rigorous monitoring and alerting.
- Collaborate with software developers to define, develop, and maintain best practices for software development and IT operations.
- Conduct security audits and implement necessary patches to maintain compliance and security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Deep knowledge of Linux system administration and networking.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
