Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models using Python, R, and SQL to solve complex business challenges
- Lead end-to-end ML pipeline development from data collection to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Mentor junior data scientists and present findings to C-suite executives
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies through quarterly innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with Python/R
- Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-level ML deployments
- Excellent communication skills with technical/non-technical stakeholders
