Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimentation design for product optimization
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Maintain and improve data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct technical reviews
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one ML framework (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Experience with experimental design and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
