Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and security systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology integration projects
- Monitor system performance and optimize operational efficiency
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools (SIEM, firewalls)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
