- Lead cross-functional projects bridging data science and business strategy

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data science experience in B2B environments
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in predictive modeling and statistical analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business strategies
- Experience with Pennsylvania-specific industry regulations preferred
- Excellent presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) required
