Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Lead cross-functional projects translating business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior data scientists and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with data governance regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Drive innovation in A/B testing frameworks and experimental design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science or ML engineering
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with cloud platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful deployment of production ML systems
- Experience with healthcare or energy industry data preferred
- Strong communication skills translating technical concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics or ML (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
