Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models to solve public sector challenges
- Analyze large-scale datasets using Python, R, and SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing and experimental design initiatives
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster data literacy across the organization

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience in government or regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
