Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business challenges
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical techniques
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and user experiences
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and technical audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics role
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
