Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models using Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and R to optimize client ROI
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present complex findings to C-level stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience in financial services
- Expert proficiency in Python and R with portfolio of production-level projects
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, clustering)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
