Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Analysts) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize data architectures for high throughput and low latency.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data warehouses.
- Document data models, processes, and system architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
