Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and alerts in real-time.
- Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs to protect network integrity.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on internal systems.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks.
- Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security solutions into infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network security or information security.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and common network protocols.
- Strong proficiency with Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
