Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP using IaC tools
- Lead Kubernetes cluster deployments and optimization for high-traffic applications
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Actions and Jenkins
- Implement security best practices (CIS benchmarks, zero-trust architecture)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct infrastructure code reviews
- Collaborate with SRE teams on incident response and system observability
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across multi-cloud environments
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- AWS/GCP certifications (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong problem-solving skills in distributed systems
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
