Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and container orchestration with Kubernetes
- Automate infrastructure monitoring and incident response using Prometheus/Grafana
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Document architecture decisions and create runbooks for complex systems
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across multi-cloud environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Valid work authorization in the US (visa sponsorship available)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
