Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS/Azure with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead multi-state infrastructure migrations while optimizing cost efficiency
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through our structured onboarding program
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders and product teams
- Participate in quarterly innovation sprints to prototype emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong Python/Go scripting for automation solutions
- Proven track record leading complex migration projects
- Experience mentoring teams through technical challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relocation willingness to Omaha with flexibility for remote work
