Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable AWS infrastructure solutions
- Lead migration of on-premise systems to cloud-native environments
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams on compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure management
- Expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of security best practices (IAM, VPC, KMS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification
- Experience with federal compliance standards (FedRAMP, NIST)
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
