Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Lead container orchestration projects using Kubernetes and Docker on hybrid cloud platforms
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and automation
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar DevOps tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable microservices architectures
- Conduct security assessments and implement cloud security best practices (CIS, NIST)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive cloud transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years relevant experience)
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) with professional certifications
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for cloud automation
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and tools
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management
- Demonstrated ability to optimize cloud costs and performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
